We are currently hiring for an Affinity Customer Support Representative whose primary responsibilities will be to provide astonishing customer service support to Accident and Health products. Duties will include, but not be limited to assisting with claim set up, status updates, policy inquiries and general product questions. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Applicant should have prior telephone experience beneficial. A proficient reasoning ability, basic math such as addition, subtraction and multiplication may be needed and excellent verbal communication skills. Foreign language and travel experience is highly encouraged. A High school diploma or equivalent. American International Group, Inc. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
