Position Description
Travel Guard is accepting applications for a Resource Pool Specialist.
As a Resource Pool Specialist, you will learn the functions of a variety of departments within Travel Guard. This diverse and unique position offers the opportunity to cross-train in various assistance center departments and work with special projects and rotation assignments throughout the company. This position is customer service based and allows you the opportunity to learn our products and services, and also be exposed to sales and travel assistance. If you like variety and enjoy flexibility, this could be your opportunity to explore!
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change.
Ability to think outside the box, think quickly on your feet, and ability to respond to high end clientele.
Flexibility to work various hours throughout the day and evening.
