Accounting Clerk II - Accounts Receivable

AIG Travel, Inc. has an Accounting Clerk opening in accounts receivable. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Posing cash receipts
Making sales entries
Reconciling Accounts Receivable sub ledger to general ledger
Intercompany invoices and confirmations
Weekly, biweekly, and monthly billing
Assisting with claims wires
Collections
Customer service Our ideal candidate will have the following:
Degree in Accounting field preferred
1-2 years accounting experience preferably in accounts receivable
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
Must be a self starter and willing to work overtime when needed.
