JOB SUMMARY
Under limited guidance, provide work direction to the retail loan servicing escrow colleagues to ensure all work is completed timely and according to proper procedures and controls. Functions include tax preparation and payment, hazard insruance handling and payment, flood regulations, and force placed insurance. Coordinates with internal departments to ensure all avenues of Records are completed.
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn't meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Ensures all work within the escrow area is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of the moderately complex-to-complex work of less senior team members.
o Provide work direction to the operating unit in daily activities, while helping to maintain an efficient operating team. Duties may include: reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals; monitoring work in progress making adjustments as needed; giving feedback and training to staff; addressing scheduling issues, including absences and tardiness; giving input to supervisors on staff performance; representing unit at meetings.
o Research and answer more difficult inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all avenues of Research are covered.
o Keep informed of new developments or ideas which could affect the operating unit by reading trade or other publications and occasional attending outside meetings.
o Update job written job procedures for efficiency, productivity and accountability.
o Promote Associated Banc-Corp services directly with customers and referring them to others.
Qualifications:
