The Manager is responsible for scheduling, managing technicians, overseeing fire, water and mold projects to completion. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to have the ability to communicate with property owners, subcontractors and insurance adjusters to ensure job processes and procedures are followed. Maintaining equipment, vehicles and facility with the ability to work in a team oriented setting.
The Manager performs assigned duties, under the direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and understanding required to perform in the general management position. Receives training and performs duties in several areas (sales, support, operations, etc.) to become familiar with management viewpoints of the line and staff functions and the company policies and practices that affect each phase of the business. Responsible to lead branch operations in the absence of general manager by directing the activities of the service, sales and office managers.
Qualifications:
Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships
Knowledge of and experience in management and customer service
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Professional appearance and decorum
Experienced in all aspects of social media and internet
