Robert Half is staffing for an immediate 1st & 2nd Shift Customer Service Representatives for a major corporate client. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fielding a high-volume of inbound calls who are seeking Roadside Assistance services. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for follow-up to confirm services, as well as record all information from calls. If you enjoy talking to people and being on the phone, this is the job for you! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
